Welcome home to REFLECTIONS at GOLDEN RIDGE, LLC Residential Care home. We cater to seniors age 65 and up. Our elegant home is located on the southern end of Lexington Park, Maryland in St. Mary's County. We
are an intimate community with the best trained and caring caregivers ready to assist you or your loved one. Our registered nurse and care team will work with you to customize a care plan for your unique needs. You'll enjoy the home cooked meals, engaging daily activities and our attentive staff.
We also invite you to explore nearby county attractions from the Historic St. Mary's City's beautiful water views, newly reconstructed Dove Replica to hidden GEM, Elms Beach Waterfront with 500 ft. of white sand shoreline and picnic areas. Point Lookout State Park's beautiful panoramic beach views, the 1830's reconstructed Lighthouse exhibit and their amazing fishing pier is sure to captivate you.

Our beautifully furnished care home has semi private and private rooms. Prepared each day are 3 delicious home-cooked meals and snacks which are will surely satisfy your pallet. We have licensed nurses on staff, as well as, certified medication technicians and PCA available 24/7 to provide the best care for your loved one. We strive to maintain dignity and respect, to our residents, while assisting them with activities of daily living and adhering to their personalized care plans.
